To be offered is 155 NSM Border Leicester X Merino Ewes. Averaging 63.2Kg at assessment, these 6-6.5 year old ewes are in good condition considering they had lambs weaned off them at the end of December. Proven mothers with each ewe successfully scanned in lamb last season, with a mob average of 160%. These ewes were shorn in mid November receiving Avenge + Fly and Avomec drench at shearing. Ewes were purchased out of the Wellington district off the breeder and are of predominately medium frame with a percentage being large frame. Each ewe weighed was mouthed with 100% returning sound, solid and healthy mouths. A great opportunity to secure a line of Border Leicester X Merino ewes bound to continue producing desirable 2X progeny. A small tail was removed from the mob.
