A genuine complete dispersal of MB & JE O’Brien’s 2021 drop Yellow Tag First Cross ewes, offered as two even lines of 162 (324hd total), along with an additional line of 55 Red Tag ewes in this week’s AuctionsPlus sale. Station mated, these ewes averaged 70.8kg at assessment. Vendor bred, these ewes are sired by Jerradale Border Leicester rams out of quality Niela blood Merino ewes, forming a proven and productive maternal base. The O’Brien family have consistently produced high quality 2nd cross lambs, with these ewes demonstrating reliability and performance year in, year out. Joined to top end Pinewalla Poll Dorset rams from 14/01/2026 to 28/04/2026, they are expected to commence lambing from around the 10/06/2026, offering a prompt return on investment. May 2025 shorn, these ewes cut an average of 4kg of wool at 27 micron. A genuine run out the gate sale.
