Assessor Comments
A really neat line of 2020 drop rising 5yo White Suff / Mo cross ewes. 100% SIL (Multiples) to White Suff & Poll Dorset sires, these ewes will commence lambing at the start of the 2nd week of May for 6 weeks. The ewes are in ideal pre lambing, fresh store condition. They are basically bare shorn, free of weeds & seed, healthy & well accustomed to supplementary feed due to the continuing dry season. The bulk of the ewes are vendor bred with the balance being ewes that have been in the properties breeding flock since lambs. They carry good weight, stand on strong legs & feet & exhibit good bone, length of body & structure. Their lambs in the past have always presented very well and attracted strong market competition in the Spring sales as well as filling Domestic orders with ease. These ewes have been very productive in the past & under good management have potentially another 1 or 2 lambs left in them. 165 of 330 in this line. Delivered as a run out the gate. Highly recommended.
