Good solid mouths for age. 1 ewe was missing a tooth - refer photo. Ewes were mouthed sound in September.
Assessor Comments
Outstanding quality Deepdene Pastoral bred first cross ewes SIL to poll Dorset rams. These ewes are large framed, long bodied and are perfectly presented. They will produce sale topping suckers with feed and lambs will grow out to extra heavy weights if required. They are loaded full of lambs for a May/June lambing to poll Dorset rams of Tattykeel and Aberdeen origin. Deepdene BL rams are selected for high growth, fertility and early maturity with the quality evident in these ewes. 1 ewe has a minor old fly blown patch on tail - not detrimental. Most ewes have duplicate tags from previous management system. These ewes were footbathed in the spring due to exceptional conditions and show no signs of scald currently. All twins are marked with a green dot and triplets are marked with three blue dots (2 head). All ewes were mouthed and udder checked sound in September. These ewes come highly recommended and should you require any further information please call.

Comments: Inspected the feet on three ewes that had a slight limp in one foot. Could not diagnose any reason for limp and have put it down to some cats heads seeding around yards. Has not affected their condition.
