Assessor Comments
175 mainly 3 and 4 yo SIL merino ewes, October shorn, in lamb to Poll Dorset and White Suffolk sires. Scanned to pickup 5 week joining. Purchased from well known Mallee breeder as SIL ewes in 2022. Well grown ewes with a good 50 mm skin on there back. Scanned in lamb at 134%. Ewes Ave 68 kg at assessment, they are large frame, plain body ewes being Ridgway and Glenlea Park blood. Lice was detected at shearing and have been treated off shears and again in December, lice not detected at assessment but showing signs of rubbing. Vendor has a total of 450 in todays sale.
