175 Very nice 5-year-old ewes scanned in lambs to the White Suffolk rams. Ewes are Pooginook blood, and the vendor has been purchasing rams from Pooginook for the pass 25 years. These ewes are big and strong and for 5-year-old are sound and would go on for some years to come. The ewes were scanned this Saturday, so they were only wet and dry as they are only a month of lambing all dry ewes have been taken out. There ewes have around 50 mm of nice merino wool, this is the annual sale of these ewes. This is a great opportunity to purchase some nice ewes and have a lamb on the ground very soon with a good wool cut as well.
