356 first cross SAMM/merino ewe lambs, to be offered in 2 lots of 178 head (run out the gate). Ideal young plain bodied ewes to breed fast growing second cross lambs. These are the complete drop of young ewes (except for a small line of 55 that SIL). This the annual sale of Shephard's young ewes, they have been breeding these first cross young ewes for approx. 17 years. The ewes are just on the do, and starting to pickup weight. Ideal opportunity to purchase a run of one mark vendor bred ewes. Assessed 106, out of 356 head. Top weight 52 kg, bottom weight 33 kg, averaging 44.2 kg after a 21 hour curfew.
