Buyers, to be offered for sale are 185 SIL Maiden Merino Ewes. Scanned up at 136%, due to commence lambing 2nd week of July for 6 weeks. Joined to South Suffolk rams to produce desirable crossbred progeny. These sheep are very well bred and good quality young ewes. Bungoona Merino blood, these ewes are of medium to large frame, plain bodies with very stylish white and bright fleeces that average 2.5 inches of wool length. Shorn November, a very generous rebate on their backs. Vendor has been breeding Merinos for 55+ Years with a focus on fertility, good frame, plain bodies and 18 micron. These sheep are classed in breeders and are only being offered to the market due to a change of operations. July/August 2023 Drop. Very odd ewe with scur. These ewes present in strong forward condition, ready for lambing. A tail was removed from the mob prior to assessment. A very attractive line of well bred SIL maiden Merino Ewes that are right up on the job for lambing.
