Assessor Comments
A good to very good line of 24-drop 1st cross ewe lambs and hoggets, bred from medium to large framed SA Merino ewes and sired by the renowned and highly popular Ella Matta maternal sires. These ewes are recognised for their strong fertility and excellent lamb growth potential. Please note: Vendors advise that 50 mm of rain fell in the days leading into assessment, and the sheep are presented with some mud on their bellies and hind legs due to time spent in containment yards prior to assessment The two lines offered provide purchasers with an ideal opportunity to join immediately and capitalise on the strong demand in the British bred lamb market.
