*Classed Breeders* An outstanding line of young ewe lambs that are heavy in weight for age and will be more than ready for joining come January onwards; recommend shearing within 4 weeks of ewes arriving. Ewes are large in frame and will make terrific prime lamb mothers going forward. Sires used are 50% Border Leicester and 50% East Friesian, these sires produce prime lamb mothers that have great fertility and a large amount of milk. Vendor normally retains these ewes in other years and the performance of these sheep is outstanding. We recently sold suckers at 15-16 weeks old (approx 24-25kgs) that made $267 per head (last photo listed). Also a mob of ewes scanned to twins reared and marked 185% of lambs; excellent mothering abilities. Overall the McMicking Family marks 145% lambs to ewes joined (un-scanned).
