A very good quality line of 12-13 month old, 1st cross Border Leicester ewes. These ewes are by top Avoca Border Leicester rams purchased out of the annual Avoca on property sale, and are out of the highly regarded Cook Partnership Merino ewes. Cook Partnership have been breeding large frame, heavy cutting, Haddon Rig blood Merino ewes for the past 50 years, and the quality of these genetics are showing through with the length and depth of body of these young 1st cross ewes. These ewes are doing very well in an exceptional season and are ready to join.
