Assessor Comments
An oppurtunity to purchase young ewes with 118% lambs already at foot. The ewes were kept as breeders during 2021, and are only being sold due to a closing season on the Great Dividing Range. This is the 2nd lamb these ewes will raise with all ewes raising a lamb at 12 months of age. Lambs at foot are fresh and bright and are sired by Tattykeel Poll Dorsets and are grown out to trade and export weights annually.
Please note, the coloured tags do not represent ewes age, they are all 2 yr olds, and are mouthed out as 2 teeth and early 4 teeth. (see pictures)
Ewes are in store to forward store condition and are strong and healthy and fit to travel.
