NSM merino ewe hgts. One mark ewes that were purchased as mixed sex hgts direct the breeder HG, JG and TH Mathews at Grenfell. Presenting in store condition they have been recently drenched, vaccinated and received a Flexolt for buyer security. These ewes have the maturity for a spring joining and are just lacking fat cover. With some quality feed they will fatten to solid medium framed ewes and would be ideal for a xb operation. Initially purchased in as a spring trade but with limited feed for the entire drop the ewe portion are being offered to the market. They have turned inside out after a change in diet and drench and will continue to flourish with feed. The Mathews have been buying rams from Karowara Plains and at this years shearing these ewes tested under 17 micron of high valued wool. Reasonably reserved for someone with excess feed and the capacity to handle a line of ewes with all their breeding life ahead of them.
