Assessor Comments
Mixed age Merino ewes surplus to vendor requirements due to a change in farming circumstances. These ewes have been well managed throughout their years having all health treatments kept up to date annually, as well as an annual classing regime being in place. Having lambs weaned off approximately six weeks ago, there is a slight variation in condition scores with a small portion on the lighter end of the scale, however most are in rising store condition. As per photos, there is light to medium Bathurst burr and light horehound on legs, bellies and polls. Good quality feed and a crutch will see these ewes excel and join nicely for a Merino or fat lamb producer. See younger sisters also in this sale.
