AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE THIS LINE OF WELL BRED MERINO EWE HOGGETS. THEY ARE BEING OFFERED IN TWO EQUAL LOTS OF 230 (460 TOTAL ON OFFER). THESE EWES ARE BY HAZELDEAN RAMS AND OUT OF HAZELDEAN BLOOD MERINO EWES. OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS THEY HAVE BEEN APART OF THE FEEDLOT AT THIS PROPERTY. THEY HAVE BEEN FED DAILY WITH BARLEY, BARLEY STRAW AND CONVERTER 50. THEY HAVE RECENTLY BEEN RETURNED ONTO IMPROVED GRAZING PASTURES. CONSIDERING THE VERY DRY CONDITIONS ON THE MONARO THESE EWES PRESENT IN STRONG CONDITION, IDEAL FOR JOINING. THESE EWES AVERAGED 4.8KG FLEECE WEIGHT AT THEIR FIRST SHEARING. THEY WOULD BE WELL SUITED TO A MERINO OR PRIME LAMB ENTERPRISE.
