Top draft of 230 Barooka Ewe Hoggets 1.5 years, weighing an average of 58.8 kg LW. (A run out of the gate from 365 ewes in the line). The ewes have been drafted from the classed flock of Barooka young breeding ewes and are a good even line in forward to prime condition ready for the ram of your choice. Barooka ewe lambs were joined last year as lambs and acheived a 50% lambing rate, a percentage of these hoggets have had lambs this year. Traits from the "Glendemar "Multi Purpose Merino blood lines are long bright stylish wool, bare breach selection (minimal crutching) and the rams have been selected for high index growth, eye muscle and fat to produce high quality carcass and high fertility traits. Barooka shear every 6 months cutting approx. 70mm staples of wool. These ewes have good long bodies are in forward condition and will grow into med/large to large framed breeders. The sheep are good to go into bio security areas and carry EID Tags, Campyvax and Gudair Vaccinated.
