TOPS OF THE DROP - THIS LOT REPRESENTS THE TOP 25% OF THE TURNBULL'S PRATTENVILLE 1st CROSS EWE LAMB DROP. THESE EWES HAVE HAD A VERY GOOD START AND ARE WELL BRED AND CARED FOR. OUT OF WESTERN BRED EWES WITH FRAME - BONE - LENGTH AND DEPTH BY BINDAREE BORDER LEICESTER BLOOD RAMS. THESE EWES WILL CONTINUE TO MATURE INTO TOP EWES GIVEN THE RIGHT CONDITIONS. THESE EWES HAVE HAD A IMPRINT ONTO FABER BEANS BUT ARE NOT FULLY INDUCTED. A LOT OF TIME, CARE AND EFFORT IS PUT INTO THE BREEDING OF THESE EWES AND BRED IN THE RIGHT COUNTRY TO MATURE INTO OUTSTANDING 1st CROSS DAMS. APPROX 3% ARE MARKED WITH LONGER TAILS TO 4th KNUCKLE.
