Buyers, to be offered for sale are 240 Border Leicester X Merino NSM Ewes. Rising 4 year old Ewes, 2021 Drop. These Ewes are by the Border Leicester ram out of Pooginook blood Merino Ewes. Ewes were purchased out of the Forbes 1st X Ewe breeders sale. They have just had lambs weaned off them, with each ewe successfully raising a lamb. They have done a terrific job of producing and raising a lamb through a cold and harsh tablelands winter. Vendor scans annually removing any empty sheep from the program at scanning. Averaging 55.8Kg at assessment, these sheep are in good store to forward store condition. They are display medium to large frames with clean open faces. Well bred Ewes. A tail has been removed. A great opportunity to secure proven breeders with plenty of life left in them. An exciting prospect to purchase lambing producing factories in a very strong forward lamb market outlook. Buyers, please note the vendor is also offering a line of 140 2020 drop 1st X Ewes in the sale.
