Assessor Comments
A very tidy line of young well bred merino wethers that were light when purchased but have done well on a beef property where they were used to help utilize excess spring flush. These wethers were bred in the Casterton district and purchased off A Plus in November. They were shorn in late October and will go on to heavier weights and produce a long stapled, bold crimping fine wool fleece. Good fit, productive and healthy wethers to tip out for the spring or keep as long-term woolcutters. Only for sale as lease on this property is expiring.
