A productive line of Merino ewes 5.5 - 7.5 years of age, GSM, Roseville Park blood, mulsed, September shorn and scanned 138% in lamb to the OMEO White Suffolk rams for 7 weeks to begin lambing 15/4/26. They were scanned with 96 twins and 151 singles with scanning certificate available. There is 116 x 2020 drop ewes, 89 x 2019 drop ewes and 42 x 2018 drop ewes. The 2018 drop ewes were all mouthed at assessment with any broken mouths removed. They were drenched, crutched and wigged a month ago. These ewes are normally retained but provide a great opportunity to purchase a good line of classed ewes providing relatively quick cash flow from a growing 60mm skin and a big percentage of lambs. Note shortened delivery due to late pregnancy and consideration to be given to any long journey.
