Offering a line of 260 1st Border Leicester x Ewe Lambs. This line of ewes are June/july 2022 drop, February shorn and OJD vaccinated. These ewes are good medium-large frame for age and present in forward to fat condition. They have been depastured to the Tillside White Suffolk and Yentrac Southdown rams from 18/02/23-18/03/23 ( 4 week joining ) and were SIL at 159% on the 12/05/23 (154 twins and 106 singles). A fantastic opportunity to secure excellent young ewes that are highly fertile and in ideal lambing condition . The Batters family take great pride in the quality of the stock they breed/present and it is a reluctant sale due to a slight change in farming practice. Rarely an opportunity presents itself like this and prospective buyers can bid with confidence.
