A ONE MARK LINE OF MATURE AGE MERINO EWES SCANNED IN LAMB TO THE WHITE SUFFOLK RAMS. AT SCANNING 158 MULTIPLES & 104 SINGLES WERE DETECTED. THESE EWES ARE VERY IMPRESSIVE WITH A NICE DEEP BARREL AND GOOD SPRING OF RIB AND WEIGH VERY WELL, THEY ARE A CREDIT TO THE BREEDER. EWES ARE MARCH SHORN AND READY TO LAMB DOWN OVER A 6 WEEK PERIOD. EWES ARE MIXED AGE AND IS HARD TO GIVE ACCURATE AGE BREAK UP AS PREVIOUS OWNER REPLACED MISSING TAGS WITH WHAT EVER COLOUR THEY COULD FIND. OF EWES MOUTHED 65% WERE SOUND AND 34% WORN &1% BROKEN. THE WORN MOUTHS ARE STILL SQUARE JUST SHORTER IN LENGTH, SEE PHOTOS FOR MORE DETAIL. EWES WERE PURCHASED AS SCANNED IN LAMB MID 2020 AND HAVE LAMBED DOWN AND REJOINED. EWES PRESENT IN FORWARD STORE TO FAT CONDITION AND SHOULD LAMB DOWN WELL GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY. AT ASSESSMENT EWES AHD A WEIGHT RANGE OF 52-86kg TO AvG 67.3kg.
