Assessor Comments
On offer is a good quality line of Merino ewes, 6.5 years old and SIL to Hillcrest Park Poll Dorset rams. Ewes are Western Australian bred and contain 2x marks, both Nepowie blood. They were purchased on AuctionsPlus ex Reola Station, White Cliffs, and have also been tagged with various colour Reola tags. Ewes were mouthed in September prior to joining and any broken mouths removed. Mouthed approx. 20 ewes at assessment and noted mouths ranging from good sound mouths, to some worn mouths and 1 broken mouth (see photos). Ewes show good frame and a nice start in the jacket. Great opportunity to secure Merino ewes in good condition to lamb down and wean lambs from, and then fatten for the mutton trade.
