Assessor Comments
A very good trade opportunity of 275 mixed age Australian White x ewes with 270 lambs at foot. All lambs tagged at assessment but ram lambs not ringed for travel purposes. Lambs are fresh-38kg to ave 22kg . Given the opportunity of a controlled mating majority of these ewes should throw straight white lambs. The vendors moved out of Merinos in 2006 and purchased composite x shedding sheep and bred with Toms Lake Wiltshire White Dorpers and Saltbush White Dorper sires up until 2016. The vendors then purchased the Avanley Australian White stud which they have been breeding their own commercial flock rams since and putting over their commercial flock. This line of sheep is only for sale as a Whole mob to reduce numbers on one side of the property Please note video of small line of ewes are the ewes tagged with white nlis tags on assessment as you can see most present as younger sheep.
