Assessor Comments
A well-bred line of SIL Pastora-blood Merino ewes, joined to Triggervale White Suffolk rams. These ewes are rising 3, 4, and 5 years old (July/August drop – 2022, 2021, and 2020; age groups identified with yellow, red, and purple tags some ewes have red and purple management tags ). They averaged 66kg at assessment. Mulesed and Gudair vaccinated annually as part of a consistent animal health program. The vendor has been breeding Pastora-blood ewes for over 15 years with a focus on fertility and doing capacity. Ewes are in strong store condition, ideal for lambing. An odd ewe with horn has been noted. A reliable line of proven breeders, ready to lamb down and perform. A regrettable sale due to dry season.
