296 x 320 Dorper Ewes and Lambs, Buyers a mixed age run of ewes in forward store condition ewes refer to age breakup of ewes but mostly young to middle age ewes with few older ewes spread amongst. Dorper lambs are fresh through to 6 months of age with the rams being run continuously. Ewes have been scanned for buyer confidence all ewes heavy in lamb have been pulled with the ewes that were scanned back in lamb 1.5 - 4months in lamb. Buyers note 25% of lambs are unmarked and black tags were used as white tags ran out at marking. Ewes were wet and dried at scanning on day of assessment with 52% of ewes wet with udders and 48% dry and looks to have weaned bigger lambs off. Buyers a good run of dorper ewes & lambs with excellent opportunity to split and fatten or retain younger ewes within mob, lambs are fresh and going forward a great opportunity only due to vendor downsizing.
