A HANDY LINE OF YOUNG MERINO EWES, VENDOR BRED, FRESHLY SHORN, SCANNED IN LAMB TO BORDER RAMS. THERE IS 2 AGE GROUPS APPROX 50/50 IN NUMBER. THE PURPLE TAG EWES LAMBED TO BORDERS LAST YEAR AT 109 % UNSCANNED AS MAIDENS. THE YELLOW TAGS ARE SCANNED WITH THEIR FIRST LAMB. OF THE EWES ASSESSED, THERE WERE 18 HEAD SHOWING HORN, 2 WITH OLD FLYSTRIKE. THESE EWES PRESENT WITH PLENTY OF FRAME, BUT IN STRONG STORE CONDITION.
