An even draft of maiden Merino ewes 13-14 months of age (July/August 2025 drop). These ewes are EGELABRA blood, bred from Egelabra production sale auction rams selected for excellent ASBVs along with excellent flock breeding values and raw data including plainer body type, high fleece weight and long staple length. Flock has been classed independently for more than 40 years and are RWS, AWSS and Authentico certified. These maidens were 16.7 micron with the flock average sitting around 18 micron. They are the second draft out of 3000 ewes, vendor retained 1800 and a big 20% tail already removed. Recently crutched and wigged they have a nice start in the jacket with approximately 40mm. They will be offered as 2 lots of 325 being a run out the gate. Ideal future breeders that can be joined to ram of choice.
