Offering 690 (2x345 ROTG), 5yo Pastora Blood, CLASSED IN, Merino ewes. Kelenlea has been using Pastora rams for the past 50 years and is one of their longest standing clients. Kelenlea has been focusing on producing a fertile, low micron, robust ewe to produce bright white wool and plenty of it with the flock averaging 7-7.5kg. Kelenlea has been focusing heavily on fertility with consistent lamb weaning percentages 115% plus. Animal health is paramount in Kelenleas sheep program with regular worm egg count tests being undertaken with the most recent available for successful purchaser (little to no eggs). These ewes present in forward/fat condition averaging 72kg at assessment and are in prime condition to meet the ram of your choice. Kelenlea has invested heavily in the Pastora genetics over the past 50 years giving these ewes the breeding for maternal or terminal lamb production. Odd ewe has small horns.
