On offer a genuine breeder line of mixed Age Ewes which have been classed into the Glenorie Flock - 80% of Ewes are either Blue or Red tags making them a young group to go forward with and produce plenty of return. These young ewes have still got some growing to do and would suit a heavy wool focused operation with average micron sitting between 17-18 each year yielding above 70%. They present in strong store to forward store condition and would be ready for Spring drop joining with a few weeks on good quality pastures. With the high focus on Wool production and quality the vendors equally focus on fertility with flock long tern average 112% lambing. All ewes are pregnancy scanned each year along with wet and drying at lamb marking. The vendors are long term buyers from Mt Ascot on property ram sale, spending $2000/head average to secure their rams. These ewes would be equally suited to a Merino or First cross operation.
