A VERY GOOD QUALITY LINE OF RISING 2 YEAR OLD EWES. THESE EWES ARE THE F1 PROGENY FROM CAREFULLY SELECTED HILLCROFT ULTRA WHITE RAMS AND NEW ARMATREE FIRST CROSS EWES. AS MAIDEN EWES THEY WERE WET AND DRIED AT WEANING (17/11/25) AND ANY DRY EWES WERE CULLED.
ALL THESE EWES HAVE RAISED AT LEAST 1 LAMB.
THESE EWES HAVE BEEN REJOINED TO THE ULTRA WHITE RAMS FOR A SHORT 3 WEEK JOINING (03-23/12/2025) AND HAVE ALL SIL WITH SINGLES. THE FIRST DROP OF LAMBS FROM THESE EWES ARE CURRENTLY ON FEED WITH A DAILY AVERAGE WEIGHT GAIN OF 350G/DAY. MANY OFTHESE F2 LAMBS ARE SHEDDING VERY WELL ALSO.
DUE TO THE NUMBER OF LAMBS BEING PRODUCED BY THESE EWES, THEY ARE NOW SURPLUS TO REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDE A DYNAMIC OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE QUALITY YOUNG CROSSBRED EWES.
