740 NSM Composite ewes to be offered as 2 x lots of 370 (2 x 4 deck lots, run out the gate). Ewes were purchased out of the renowned Chatsworth House Maternal Composite ewe flock at as SIL ewes. Ewes present in strong store condition with plenty of frame to work with being medium/large framed. Vendor has just weaned the lambs off ewes so should pick up significantly in the coming weeks. Vendor had put the rams out while little lambs were still on the ewes while also being a hard time of year to join ewes. Due to high joining pressure, these ewes have been scanned empty prior to assessment and present a good opportunity to join to the ram of choice and trade proven breeders or fatten and trade in strong winter markets.
Please note: All ewes have been mouthed and any broken or worn mouths have been removed. Buy with confidence these ewes will raise another lamb if desired.
