A very good quality line of large to medium frame Pooginook blood maiden ewes carrying a 4 month skin. These ewes are scanned in lamb, at 140%, to the New Armatree, and Cooinda Super Border rams to commence lambing in early Autumn. Super Borders are Border Leicester rams ranked by LAMBPLAN to have superior genes for lamb production. The ewes are well grown for their age, exhibiting plenty of frame and volume, and given the right opportunity should go on to be very productive ewes in the future. Buyers please note that approximately 10% of these ewes are scurred or horned to varying degrees, please refer to the photos for examples of the upper end.
