Assessor Comments
An outstanding line of young commercial ewes out of the Dalveen stud which are classed in breeders, being the top of the drop. The surplus to requirements out of this age group were sold back in May. Now the tops are on the market, as a very reluctant sale due to health issues.
These ewes are on a rapidly rising plane of nutrition and will prove to be a very good long term investment for the discerning producer. A very rare opportunity to purchase an outstanding line of quality ewes which are normally kept as long term breeders. They will present as large of frame, in very forward condition, averaging 70 kg, curfewed. The majority of these are fat score 4's, with the odd 3 and 5.
Please note: at the time of assessment, there was no indication of grass seed, but by the time we get to the point of delivery, there may be some light barley grass, with the seed starting to set now.
The property is OJD MN2 and brucellosis free accredited.
