Assessor Comments
On offer is 390 x Sep/ Oct 2021 Merino Ewes. Principally Yarrawonga Blood with Bundilla and Mumblebone infusions. All sheep on Bukalong and Weewalla are classed by Steve Phillips of Yarrawonga. The ewes are surplus to requirements as the vendors are altering their management strategy, all ewes were scanned in lamb last year. The ewes present an opportunity to join to the sire of your choice. These sheep are run under high stocking rates, they exhibit great length of body, breeding ewes are scanned annually with drys sold. The vendors select sheep for high fleece weight, low micron and survivability. Adult ewes average 5.5kg at 17.5 micron. The ewes are tagged with EIDs and are non mulesed. Please note: Bukalong Enterprises are offering another 3 x lines of ewes in today’s sale.
