A line of handy 2.5 year old Dohne ewes which present to store to forward condition and were shorn in September. These ewes averaged 52kg at assessment. Having lambs weaned off them throughout October, these ewes are fertile, with some still presenting with an udder. Coonong has focused on producing robust, easy care, versatile, clean bodied sheep, with a bare breach. These DD and Calga blood ewes are a good article for turning off lambs for either the trade or export markets. These young ewes have come through a drier season and are on the do, ready to join to the ram of your choice with all the hard work done. Please note the single delivery day. In total this is a line of 1400 ewes offered across three lots of 400 and one lot of 200 as a run out the gate. A total of 314 ewes were weighed of the 1400 offered. The vendor has another 4 lines in the same sale.
