Assessor Comments
Excellent quality line of NSM merino ewes Aug/Sept 22 drop. This represents the middle draft of 3000 2022 drop ewes which are unclassed. Ewes are offered for genuine sale with vendor only keeping their Poll merino maidens this year. Ewes are pure Haddon Rig blood and classed by Andy Mcleod for 28 years. They are bred from genuine large frame heavy cutting ewes and will mature the same if given the opportunity. Their flock carries excellent fertility, with scanning and wetting/drying taking place each year as a management practice. Ewes are carrying a nice clean June skin which displays soft handling well defined and nourished characteristics as the photos suggest. As lambs, they cut 4kg of 17.5micron. Flock avg is 7.8kg and 19.2-19.7 micron. Please view the video to fully appreciate the quality of these young ewes. Total of 820 ewes on offer which will be delivered of even quality per lot.
