At assessment 27 ewes were sound of mouth showing 14 x Black, 6 x White, 5 x Blue and 2 x Purple mix age. 2 x slightly worn and 1 x considered broken not deemed detrimental, please see photos. NOTE: Purple is not a true representation of age.

On offer is a line of mixed age SIL Multi-purpose Merino ewes to quality SA bred Ulooloo Dohne rams.
Line is made up of 84 x white tag (2017) and 257 x black tag (2016) 34 x blue (2015) and 50 x purple (unknown but sound) mpm ewes purchased as a flock dispersal Ex Beverly WA in the spring of 2020. These Medium to large framed, plainer bodied ewes have minimal wrinkle and are productive wool cutters, current shearing showing 7.5-8kg per fleece and averaged 20 micron in 2021. Ewes have been assessed straight off the boards and have held up considerably well through the process of mustering of large paddocks, scanning, shearing and assessment over the past week. During that time have been in holding paddocks with drying native feed and vetch hay.
Expect ewes to recover well from shearing and go forward on fresh feed.
These have been fertile ewes with a sample of 100hd of the 900 mob scanning 58% to twins.
Please note Vendor has another 420 SIL younger ewes in the same sale.
