Assessor Comments
Buyers, to be offered for sale are the annual draft of Chatsworth Pastoral, Border Leicester X Merino Maiden Ewes. 440 Ewe Hoggets. These ewes are very well bred with the vendor carefully selecting the right genetics without cutting on expense. They are sired by Retallack and Bauer Border Leicester Rams and are out of Riverina bred, fertile, plain and long bodied Merino ewes. These ewes display clean open faces and a medium to large frame. Very clean sheep with no burr or seed. Averaging 46Kg at assessment, these ewes have endured a long cold Winter and have responded very well to the favourable Spring conditions. These ewes will continue to grow and mature into genuine front paddock ewes and will be a great asset to any operation. It will not take long for these ewes to be joinable. Gudair vaccinated. September shorn. A great opportunity to secure a line of very well bred, neat and tidy, breeders sheep.
