THIS REPRESENTS A NEAT LINE OF THE ASTON STATION BRED EWES FROM A BILL WALKER CLASSED FLOCK. APPROX 15 WERE MOUTHED & STILL ALL DISPLAYED MILK TEETH. THEY ARE BRED ALONG BORUNG & RICES CREEK BLOODLINES, WITH A SMALL PERCENTAGE BRED FROM EWES PURCHASED IN FROM THE WALLINAR STUD WA SEVERAL YEARS AGO. ASTON ARE BREEDING FOR PLAIN, EARLY MATURING TYPES WITH FREE GROWING LONG STAPLED STYLISH WOOLS. THEY WERE SHORN FOR THE SECOND TIME ON THE FIRST OF JULY & TESTED 16.5 MICRON & GROWN OUT TO ADULT SHEEP WILL AVERAGE AROUND 18.5. THEY HAVE HAD ALL THE TREATMENTS WITH THEIR 3 IN 1 BOOSTER, OFFSHEARS TREATMENT & THEY ALSO HAVE EID TAGS. THE MAJORITY OF THE BURR WAS CLOVER WITH SOME LIGHT ROLY POLY. SPEARGRASS DOES GROW ON THE PROPERTY BUT VENDOR HAS DONE A GOOD JOB KEEPING THEM OUT OF IT SO FAR. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE AS THIS IS AN ANNUAL SALE OF THESE QUALITY WOOL GROWING YOUNG EWES WITH YEARS OF BREEDING BEHIND THEM.
