An outstanding opportunity to purchase the 4.5 and 5.5 year old classed in breeders out of the Dalveen stud dispersal, being April/May 2019 and 2020 drops .They are two complete age drops that have been classed every year.They present mainly as very large frame in strong forward to fat condition ,with a big % being fat score 5. These breeders have had a tail taken off them which leaves them being a very even quality line of breeding ewes.They are an outstanding example of Dalveen Stud’s aim of producing the ideal dual purpose sheep , to suit the meat trade with the bonus of a quality wool clip on their back..The property is OJD MN2 tested status. This will be the last of the breeders to go, bringing an end to a very long era. These ewes have been 100% mouthed as sound, and anything that was doubtful has been taken out of the mob. These ewes had a lambing percentage of 115 % this year, and represent 50 years of breeding Poll Merinos in the Dalveen Stud.
