Assessor Comments
A good line of medium to large frame, in top order Western Qld bred ewes. They are holding 147% foetuses in an average year which proves the "fertility focused" breeding program in which the client is pursuing. They are very easy care, plain body ewes and have done very well in the season out at Thargomindah. They are bred tough with a very low average rainfall. The white suffolk rams were put into the ewes and when it came to pulling them out there was 3 merino rams in the mob as well. We are not guaranteeing all white suffolk cross lambs as there could be some merino lambs in the mob.

Really good line of ewes that we are only selling because they have fallen out of our lambing window. Our focus is on fat, muscle and in turn fertility is shown in these ewes carrying 147% foetuses even with a large percentage of maiden in the mob.
