Assessor Comments
Due to a change in operations, our vendor is offering an outstanding line of 500 scanned-in-lamb ewes, a mix of vendor-bred and purchased-in genetics. These ewes present in forward store condition. They were joined for an 8-week period, with lambing to commence in the last week of July and continue through to the third week of September, around 12% have been identified as late joined and marked with a 'green dot'. These ewes have all successfully reared lambs previously. They have been scanned in lamb to quality ‘Doonkami’ rams, progeny of a Tattykeel Platinum ram. The vendor selects breeders for their high-performance White Dorper and Aussie White genetics and these ewes were deemed suited to the vendor’s successful paddock-to-plate program. Please note there is a short delivery window, as most ewes are well advanced in gestation entering into their 5th month at time of delivery. Buyers are encouraged to consider travel distance and space availability for transport.
