Age Breakup: Of the 92 Ewes assessed, there were: 7 Blue Tags (2023), 7 Red Tags (2022), 41 Yellow Tags (2021) & 37 Purple Tags (Spring 2020 Drop). There is also 1 x Orange Tag & a couple of Green tags observed in mob. Feb-April Drop Flock apart from Purple Tags.

Assessor Comments
510 VGQ NSM Merino Ewes. They weighed 36 - 65 kg to average 49.6 kg after a 14 hour curfew off feed & water. They were shorn at the start of July & treated off shears with Maverick Pour on. Majority had Lambs weaned at Shearing & have freshened up since but would only be maintaining condition now. There were 92 Ewes sampled out of 510 with 7 x Blue Tags (2.5 year old), 7 x Red Tags, 41 x Yellow Tags & 36 x Purple Tags (5 year old, Spring Drop 2020). There will be a couple of older Green Tags & 1 x Orange Tag Ewe included that were not assessed but spotted in the back yard. There were 2 x 4 teeth, 9 x 6 teeth, 78 x GSM, 3 x Worn. Approx 70% are Vendor Bred based on Landsdowne Bloodlines with the remainder purchased in from a Mt Ascot/Barcaldine Downs flock. There were 10 x assessed Ewes with scaly ears, 2 x Ewes missing 1 ear each & 2 x Ewes missing both ears. Please note joining comments. All Ewes have been Muelsed & are ready to join to a Ram of your choice.
