575 April/May 2020 Merino ewe hoggets, Barwonnie bred, Goolgumbla blood, April shorn, 42.3 kgs live weight. An opportunity for buyers to purchase quality Riverina bred merino ewes early before the spring. Ideal ewes to grow out for joining later in the spring. Ewes are currently grazing fresh winter feed and will continue to grow into large framed, heavy boned ewes that will cut a power off wool. From a highly fertile flock, these surplus to requirement ewes would suited to either merino or terminal lamb production. A 5% tail was removed at assessment. Approx 40 ewes are unmulesed and vendor is happy to remove at delivery if the successful purchaser wishes. Ewes carry very light clover burr with some also presenting with very light Bathurst burr.
