Assessor Comments
Buyers an opportunity to buy 600 VGQ rising 5yr old station mated Mumblebone blood merino ewes. These ewes present in store condition & are best described as medium to large frame. The "Boran" sheep are very highly regarded for the quality of wool they produce each year and average 5.5kg wool cuts. These ewes were shorn this week cutting 5.7kg of wool so will bounce away on good fresh feed. The 'Boran'' flock are classed annually at 30% by Andy Mcleod and are also RWS certified. These ewes are in the prime of their life and are perfect for restocking or present an opportunity to scan up & trade on. At assessment ewes had odd shearing nick but overall have been shorn very neatly. Buyers please note 1200 in the run being offered as a run out the gate over 2 x B-doubles.
