2021 & 2022 drop Merino ewes. (75% 21drop - 500 & 25% 22 drop - 170) Medium frame Western Qld bred ewes in store to light store condition. Ewes ideally suited to freshen and join to a terminal sire. Only offered for sale due to prevailing dry conditions and the necessity to make room for younger sheep. A small number of out of season lambs weaned at assessment otherwise presented NSM. A small number are late July shorn (40-45mm) & the balance mid October shorn (20-35mm). 4 main property tags purchased from breeders in the local district with multiple properties. 2 with distressed skins, 3 cheesey gland nodules on face or ears, 4 undershot & 2 noticed with black spots in the sample assessed. There are mulesed and unmulesed sheep in this lot. 1800 2021 drop ewes being sold as a fair run out the gate in 2 x lots of 650 & 1 x 500 Plus the 170 red tags in that run (670 red & yellow).

Proven breeders with 92% total flock av: marked 2023. Surplus sheep due to having purchased large numbers of breeding ewes in recent years & the 2023 excellent lambing numbers allowing us the luxury of retaining all young sheep in a tough season.
