Crossbred Flock Dispersal. This is a line of 74 mixed aged SIL 1st B/L Merino X ewes, comprising 36 White tag 2017 drop, 18 Black Tag 2016 drop, 20 Blue Tag 2015 drop. The ewes are vendor bred and are SIL (58 Singles/14 Multiples) to high indexing White Suffolk Sires. When selecting these White Suffolk rams, the vendor selects rams with a low-moderate birth weight and high growth & muscle figures. They are a nice line of easy care ewes that are SIL, drenched & crutched. These sheep are in the prime of their breeding life and would be a fantastic addition to a larger flock, or a nice line for a stand alone breeding flock. These ewes weaned 120% of crossbred lambs last lambing. Please note the vendor has 3 lines of SIL 1st X ewes in todays sale.
