DJ & JH Gray - "Granite Hill" offer 85 S.I.L White Suffolk x Merino ewes which are only being offered to commence the dispersal of their sheep flock due to property selling. May/June 2021 drop - November shorn. Ewes are joined to South Down rams scanning to 145% which are due to begin lambing mid August for 5 weeks. All ewes successfully reared & raised lambs last season which returned high lamb marking percentages. The above line of ewes offers the perspective purchaser the opportunity to retain these exceptional young ewes as future breeders or in-turn opportunistically capitalize on the strong Autumn break & look to make an adequate trade moving into the spring. Buyers, please note that 4 ewes have old fly body strikes which have fully healed & recovered - refer media.
