880 SIL Merino Ewes, 21’ drop ewes are rising 5yrs old cast for age. Ewes have been joined to Border Leister Rams scanning up to 138% in lamb to commence lambing Mid Sept for 6 weeks. Ewes are Karbullah & Mt. Ascott. Ewes are half vendor bred and half purchased sheep from breeder at Mt Ascott the Brumpton family. Ewes have 30mm of clean fleece and were shorn 28/3. Ewes were treated with Flexolt at shearing and have not had any health treatments since. Ewes have been running on native grasses and fresh winter herbages. A large run of genuine CFA ewes article only selling to make room for younger ewes and is the annual turnoff for older ewes is a lucrative option to purchase good framed forward store ewes with plenty of lamb inside to lamb down in the spring.
